Most of your internet are using by yours neighbor via WiFi so just follow the steps given below.
With the help of command prompt you can find that someone is connected to your Local Area Connection (LAN) and using it. Follow the steps.
1. Open the browser and visit on your router ip.
2. Find the tab that mentions “Attached Devices” or something similar.
3. Find the computer name, IP address and MAC Address of your computer using the previous trick.
4. Now finally you can Compare it with those displayed router in Step2.
